Warm weather conjures up memories of outdoor play, long-lasting friendships, endless explorations in the garden and summers you’d wish would never end. Children can experience that feeling all year long by attending the Preschool Summer Camp at The Natalie G. Heineman Smart Love Preschool.


 

Our Preschool Summer Camp embodies the joys of summer. Our play-based curriculum includes:

• Preschool Summer Camp for children ages 3, 4 and 5
• Half-Day A.M. (8:40 to 11:30)
• Eight-week session
• Summer fun in Smart Love Preschool’s expansive garden and fenced yard
• “Splish and Splash” Water Play
• Timeless Games
• Gardening in our greenhouse, raised beds, herb spiral & bean trellis
• Nature Walks and Explorations
• Experienced early childhood teachers trained in the established Smart Love philosophy

The Natalie G. Heineman Smart Love Preschool and its Summer Camp is located on Chicago’s North Side in a beautiful historic mansion with a flourishing outdoor yard and garden, which our preschool campers will tend and grow. Inside, the preschool consists of two classrooms, a children’s library, an indoor play townhouse and a toddler play space.

Tuition for Summer Camp at Smart Love is:

Half-Day A.M. Summer Camp - 5 days	$2,205
Half-Day A.M. Summer Camp - 4 days	$2,160
Extended Summer Supplement - 4 days	$700
Extra Hour Lunch Bunch - 4 days	$384
Before Care -5 or 4 days	$320 / $304

Summer Camp Hours
A.M. Session: 8:40 - 11:30
Extended Day Supplement: 11:30 - 1:30 (bring lunch from home)
Extra Hour Lunch Bunch: 11:30 - 12:30 (bring lunch from home)
Before Care: beginning at 8:00 a.m.
Note: All 4-day programs run Tuesday - Friday

Summer Application Process:

• Submit application and your $25 non-refundable application fee to
  Smart Love Preschool, 800 W. Buena Avenue, Chicago, IL 60613
• Attend Parent and Child Play Session
• Upon Acceptance, sign family tuition agreement and make tuition
  deposit payment equal to 50% of Summer Fee to reserve your space
• Remaining tuition due March 31 or if applying after that date call 773 665-8052, ext. 111
